This page tells you how to report a problem on Eventyno, what we do with reports, and how parents, guardians, and rights holders can reach us. It sits alongside our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Eventyno is not an emergency service and does not monitor reports around the clock.
How to report
| What you want to report | Where |
|---|---|
| An event page, a photo or video on it, or an RSVP or gift list | The Report control on that event page (reasons include privacy violation, unauthorized photo or video, harassment, fraud or scam, copyright, inappropriate content, impersonation or fake event, threats or illegal activity, and child-safety concerns) |
| A profile or account | Email support@eventyno.com with the profile link and what the problem is |
| Something involving a child, including a parent or guardian concern about a child's photo or information | The Report control and choose the child-related reason, or email support@eventyno.com. See Parents, Guardians & Minors |
| Copyright infringement | Follow the Copyright Policy |
| Your own personal data (access, correction, deletion, download) | The Privacy Request form or support@eventyno.com |
| A security vulnerability | See Security |
| An appeal of an action we took | Email support@eventyno.com within 30 days |
You do not need an account to report an event. Please include links and a short description. You can leave an email address if you want us to be able to follow up; we may not be able to tell you what action we took.
What we do with a report
We review reports and may remove content, disable an event, reduce visibility, restrict or suspend an account, warn a user, take no action, or involve the authorities. Reports involving a child's safety, threats, exploitation, fraud, or security are prioritized, and we may act before we have heard from the person who posted the content. We preserve content and records where needed as evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. We do not promise a response time, we do not publish the identity of reporters, and we do not always explain a decision in detail.
Parents and guardians
You can ask us to remove content about your child, delete an account or information, or limit how a teen's content is shown. See Parents, Guardians & Minors for what to include. We treat these as urgent and may remove content first and verify afterwards when a child may be at risk.
Privacy and publicity rights
If a photo, video, or information about you appears on Eventyno without your permission, report it using the control on the event page and choose "Privacy violation" or "Unauthorized photo or video." We will review it and may remove it even if the poster disagrees.
Reports of illegal content
If you are a law enforcement agency, send legal requests to support@eventyno.com (mailing address 2030 Main St #1300, Irvine, CA 92614). We respond to valid legal process and emergency disclosure requests under the law.
